Welcome to the world baby Cruz!!!

...Cruz Ledger Hansen was born on Jan 23, 2010 @ 7:50 p.m. he weighed in at 6 lbs 12oz and 19.5 inches long!! My biggest one yet! =)
After a few trips to the hospital and several weeks of contractions and bleeding he's finally here!! (I'm gonna try to save all the boring labor details as much as I can) I finally got admitted around 4:30 or 5 am on Saturday the 23rd. I was dilated to 4 and about 90% effaced. After 14 hours of labor and about 10 or 11 hours on Pitocin(sp?) I had only dilated 1cm to a 5!! So about 7:30 in the evening they wheeled me into the O.R. and he was delivered by C- section and Cory watched the whole thing!!. Let me tell you, this was NOT the way I saw this ending but he is here and healthy and so freakin' adorable =)
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, to everyone who graciously helped us out and took care of Gage and Chloe the 5 days I was in the hospital!! Thanks Mom for being at the hospital and rubbing my back =) and for helping out with the kids, taking time off work and driving them to school, picking them up, for dinner, having them over the weekend, and ALL the gifts and everything else!!
Tiff, thanks for the awesome dinner, the gift basket with the cutest most thoughtful gifts, gifts for Gage and Chloe, taking them on Monday and having a fun day!
Thanks Nancy and Bill for watching Gage and Chloe While I was in the hospital and taking such good care of them, and helping get them to school!
Marla and Quincy, thanks so much for the awesome dinner and dessert you brought over, and for all the darling gifts and for visiting us!
Thanks to all our hospital visitors also, we appreciate every ones love and support!!

We're BACK!!!!!!!!

Just kidding, we didn't go anywhere just left the blogging world for a while =) There has been quite a lot that's happened the past few months.
First,we found out that we're having a BOY!!! He's due in 9 weeks but, he could be here in 6 or 7 weeks if he's like Gage and Chloe. I am VERY uncomfortable and just ready for him to be here already. I made a trip to the Hospital last month for some bleeding and contractions that had gone on for a while. Turns out everything was fine.
Then we moved the first of September we moved to a new house in Cortina. We're about 15 minutes closer in and I love it!! My kids started a new school and they really like it. It was a little more of an adjustment for Chloe because she went from 3 hours of half day Kindergarten to, full day. It was very sad for me but they both love their teachers.
Then there was Halloween!! I love this time of the year, fall is my FAVORITE!!!! My kids started the Halloween weekend off with a party in their classrooms Friday. Then Friday night we went to the Duncans for a Halloween party that was so fun!!! Then we had dinner at my Moms and Johns on Halloween night and went Trick-or-Treating. My kids picked their costumes this year and Gage chose to be Wolverine and Chloe was Minnie Mouse. They were really cute but the stupid costumes aren't worth the money they cost.
Hopefully I'll stay more on top of things and post some stuff more often =)

Scrapes and Bruises

Well Gage and Chloe decided to have some fun and, they tried to swing from his bed by holding onto the string from his blinds. Yeah really safe huh?? Well needless to say it didn't work and the cord got wrapped around Chloe's neck and gave her a nasty rope burn. Nice huh?? Talk about a bunch of dorks, I just about choked them both when I knew what they were doing. So two days later Chloe was on the toilet and she was getting off but she fell as she was getting off the toilet and her smacked her eye and head on the bath tub. She got a nasty goose egg that was bruised and she got a black eye in the corner of her eye. Poor girl. So she showed up for the second day of school with this cut across her neck then, she showed up the third day with a black eye and a bruised goose egg. Can you say CPS?? OK so to the funny part, Chloe's teacher Ms.Lin (who was also Gage's kindergarten teacher) asked Chloe what happened to her head and Chloe told her that our tile is really dirty and she tripped and hit her head. WHAT???? I said Chloe why did you tell her that?? She said, well I was to embarrassed to tell her I was on the toilet so I told her our tile was dirty!!! Gotta love her =)

Chloe lost her first tooth!!!

Chloe was thrilled to death when a couple of months ago she discovered she had two wiggly teeth. This was when she was still 4!! So the Friday before the first day of school she managed to wiggle her tooth enough then pull it out. She was super excited for the Tooth Fairy to come, she left Chloe A certificate for loosing her first tooth and $10.

First Day of School!!!! =(

Well, It's oficial both of my kids are in school. This was a very sad day for me =( Gage is in 1st grade and Chloe is in A.M. Kindergarden. Both if them were SO excited for school. Cory took a few hours off in the morning so we could walk they to school together. Gage was a little ticked that he had to be in school all day. It was kinda funny because a few days before school started we were eating lunch at the table and Gage said in a very serious voice, "Mom, why did you sign me up for all day first grade??" I just laughed and said ,"Sorry dude that's all they have." They there's Chloe, she would love to walk to school by herself and stay all for full day =) Since the first day of school she's been asking me if I will just drop her off,(Of course I don't I walk them both to their classrooms and makesure they get there safe!) I swear she's so independent and she thinks shes 10. Anyway the morning went great and they were very happy and excited, me on the other hand not so much. I cried almost all morning, I don't know it must be the pregnancy hormones but I was so sad. Oh, well they were happy and they had a great day, that's all I can ask for. Thanks Mom and Tiffany for calling on the first day of school to ask Gage and Chloe how their day was. We appreciate your support and love you guys always show our family, it ment a lot to them and us.=) We love you guys.

Happy Birthday to Chloe!!!!!!!

WOW I can't believe Chloe's 5!!!!!!! I know I posted about how tiny Gage was when he was born but she was even smaller! She was born 4 weeks early and weighed in at a whole 5 lbs,2oz and 17inches long. She was really small, she dropped to 4 lbs, 13 oz for about 3 weeks. She was such a good happy baby =) She still has that happiness about her and she always smiling or laughing...usually =) So on to her birthday, it is July 2ND and we really had a blast! This year we kept it super low key. Her birthday is on a really hard weekend to plan for. It's the week of the 4Th and every one's either out of town or they have plans for the 4Th. So we scratched trying to have her party on Saturday the 4Th then, the following weekend Tiffany and Shayne were taking their family to California. So,we went swimming on Friday with my Mom, Tiffany her kids and us. We decided to celebrate Chloe's birthday then, like I said it was way low key but Chloe had a blast and that's all that mattered. I just still can't believe that she's 5 and going to kindergarten =( I am really sad, it's kinda funny because I always joked about how great it will be when both my kids start school and now I'm not so sure. I Love you so much Choch! Happy Birthday you're AWESOME!! =)

Expecting!!!!!

Yes it's true..... I am Pregnant!!! I'm almost 9 weeks and VERY VERY SICK!!! I was sick with the other two but not like this. My doctor put me on stuff for nausea that really doesn't take it away. Oh well, it will be worth it in the end. My doctor is considering me "high risk" because or my back, I have to go to the high risk doctors as well as my regular OB. =) My due date is Feb 6Th but if it's anything like Gage and Chloe this baby will be here early January!!
